Christmas Toy Swap
Alice’s Idea
Some local parents would like to hold a toy swap event in the lead up to Christmas to reduce the need to buy lots of new toys. This would benefit families from a financial perspective; but it would also serve to encourage sustainable practices and demonstrate the value of the things we already own. Unclaimed toys will be donated to charities or local community groups. If awarded the grant, we would use the funds to cater a small event at a local venue.
