A fun twist on a usual AGM as proven successful last year. The IU AGM will happen from 7pm -7:30pm, and at 7:30pm we will shift into a community celebration. There will be tea, coffee, the football club bar, cakes and a chance for the many groups operating in our District to showcase what they're up to.

At the start of this session, community groups will have the chance to do a '2 minute pitch'- covering what they've done in the past year (or so), what is coming up and how people can get involved. At the end of 2 minutes we will ring a bell, and on to the next group. It will be a fun and friendly way to hear snippets of all that is happening across the community.

Each of the 2 minute pitch groups will also have a table in the Clubrooms where people interested in knowing more about a pitch can come and have a chat. Groups can decorate their tables in any way they like, have information to hand out or a sign up sheet.
