Isabelle’s Idea

Isabelle would like to help community members understand the value of breath when in stressful situations, needing to relax, or to get a bit of energy for the day. Through targeted exercises the right breath can help energise, balance or relax. The grant would help fund a morning group session of approx 45 mins with a certified breath coach learning the benefits of different breathing techniques followed by morning tea and an open discussion on how we can help ourselves and others stay positive, healthy and supportive.
